AI Co-Thinkers is a thinking-partner tool for SME owners. It is NOT regulated medical, financial, legal, or psychiatric advice.

You agree to use this service only for your own business or personal thinking. You must not:
You are responsible for keeping your bearer token confidential. Use email-recovery to keep a backup of your access link.
The free tier includes approximately 3 Sonnet conversations per calendar month, with Haiku as a fallback. Your quota resets on UTC midnight at the start of each month. The free tier may be modified or suspended at any time without notice.
The specialists you interact with are artificial intelligence. No human is on the other side of the conversation.
Our crisis-detection system is not a clinical safety net, is not human-monitored in real-time, and may miss content. Do not rely on it as a primary safety mechanism. In a crisis, contact emergency services in your country immediately.

You may self-host the service from source under the Apache License 2.0. You may not resell access to this hosted service.
You agree not to attempt reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting system prompts or model weights from this service.
You may not resell or sublicense access to this service for commercial purposes.
We may revoke your bearer token at any time, especially in cases of abuse or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Token revocation does not delete your session data — see the Privacy Policy for details on data retention and deletion.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is the greater of (a) fees paid in the prior 12 months, or (b) ₹1,000.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless kickstartidea from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of this service or violation of these terms.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party API failures, including failures of Anthropic, Resend, Cloudflare, or Render infrastructure.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue this service (or any portion of it) at any time without notice.
Supplemental terms for paid tiers will be communicated to you at the time of upgrade.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may provide notices to you via email to the address associated with your account, or by posting a notice on the service. Email notice is sufficient.
In the event of any translation or interpretation conflicts, the English version of these terms will control.
